Odyssey is providing the following TDMS-LFI Offering services to its new and current clients:

A free one-hour visit to their organization to introduce Odyssey and to assess their general requirements

A free proposal, in writing, detailing what we both agree should be covered as part of the fee-based service

Once the agreement is accepted by both parties, an Odyssey consultant will perform the following activities at the client's site for the length of time and scope specified in the agreement:

Interview related staff members to gather pertinent information

Prepare findings and recommendations

Discuss findings and recommendations with management

Prepare final report; including: findings, recommendations, costs to implement and estimated savings

Present final report to senior management

Help implement changes, if deemed appropriate by management
